Newbie

I wanted to design a French-inspired meet outfit for my little French doll, Genevieve. It's a skirt-top set, made of pink-green-and-white dots. For the sake of making it show up better in the photo, I colored the white dots yellow. The top will have straps, and the skirt will be length.

I measured Genevieve, then cut my skirt out and began to hem.

Then I cut, hemmed, and worked on adding straps to her shirt.

I began to think that the outfit need a little something more, so I found some fabric and cut it into a scarf, then hemmed the edges. 

Ta-da! My little French girl in her meet outfit:) Oui, I think she likes it:). I bought the shoes, but can't remember where I got them! I think she looks ready to explore Paris!
