Newbie

My future girl of the year is a girl named Lexie. Life was changing for quiet, shy Lexie. Her parents divorced and she moved to Michigan. At her new school, she had trouble making friends. Everyone called her Lilly, but Lilly was her twin sister. Hoping to overcome her shyness, she started gymnastics. She learned to crochet so she could show the other kids who she really was.

My design is to make a white shirt, a pink and purple skirt, a pink hat, a ribbon barrette, sequin shoes, a note book, a pen, and a ribbon wand. I'm going to use Simplicity pattern 1515 for the shirt and skirt, crochet the hat from a pattern I made up, and make the shoes from duck tape (no pattern)
